出口沙特提示 | 空调产品开始实施最新标准SASO 2663:2021
沙特阿拉伯标准组织 SASO（Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization）已正式发布了关于空调产品的最新标准版本SASO 2663:2021 以取代了旧版标准SASO 2663:2018，相关要求已开始逐步执行。
新版SASO 2663:2021的标准概述:
• 引入季节性能效比 (SEER)；
• 将评级方法从能效比 (EER) 更改为季节性能效比 (SEER)；
• 更改评级级别，应用季节性能效比 (SEER) 分类；
• 引入 SEER 计算工具；
• 要求一个额外的测试点来找到所有压缩机频率段的 SEER 值，但定频空调除外；
• 将沙特阿拉伯的特定气候时段作为计算工具的一部分。
新版能效标签（图示）:
烦请空调产品的制造商和贸易商了解如下最新要求及其执行时间：
1. End of accepting applications through the electronic system (SLS) according to the previous standard SASO 2663:2018 as of 1st January 2022
2022年1月1日起，不再接受SASO 2663:2018版本标准的报告申请能效证书；
2. End of issuing certificates of conformity from SABER for the previous standard SASO 2663:2018 As of 1-FEB-2022
2022年2月1日起，不再接受使用SASO 2663:2018的能效证书申请新的Saber PCoC证书或更新已有Saber PCoC证书；
3. Termination of all consignment certificates that have been issued based on the previous standard SASO 2663:2018 through SABER as of 1-MAR-2022
截止2022年3月1日，使用SASO 2663:2018版的能效证书签发的Saber PCoC证书将失效；
4. Start of the mandatory applications of the updated standard ( SASO 2663:2021 ) on local customs ports and factories as of 1-Apr-2022
2022年4月1日起，使用SASO 2663:2018版的能效证书签发的Saber SCoC证书将无法在沙特当地海关清关；
5. Mandatory application at local market and warehouses as of 1- JUL-2022
2022年7月1日起，沙特在当地市场全面强制执行能效新版标准。
