How to Inspect the Oxygen Concentrator ?

We are inspecting oxygen concentrator which is in large demand because of Covid-19. A series of data measurements and field tests such as actual performance checks, flow, and concentration checks, and so on are made to ensure the safety of the instrument.

2.Select Shipping Units

If no specific requirement from applicant, we follow below rules to select shipping units for selling units’ sampling and inspection.

*Selected Shipping Units = The Square Root of Total Shipping Units of the Inspected Shipment, and round up to unit’s digit after square root taking.

*Make sure the total selling units inside selected shipping units are not less than the sample size of selling unit.

 

3. Defect Classification

Critical defect:  

A defect which experience and judgment indicates is likely to result in a hazardous and/or injurious situation to the user, or makes the product subject to legal seizure, or specified in contractual requirement.

 

Major defect:  

Any defect other than critical is likely to result in failure, or to reduce materially the usability of the product for its intended purpose, or specified in contractual requirement.

 

Minor defect: 

Any defect that is not likely to reduce the usability of the product for its intended purpose, or is departure from established standards having little bearing on the effective use of the products, or specified in contractual requirement.
